You don't have to face these problems alone, there are many people in your life that care about you, and are willing to stand beside you. Talking about your problems and feelings means you're brave and are willing to confront them - which is the first step to overcoming them.
These people can be anyone you trust and are comfortable with; such as teachers, friends, family, counsellor, your year leader or form tutor and the nurse! All of them are willing to listen to you, help you and answer any questions that you have.
The problems you might be facing with can be either with homework, exams, puberty, socializing, stress, anxiety, depression, general health, sexual health, friendships, relation ships... and so on, which is okay!
You might also have questions about various things related to your psychological and physiological health, or you are just having a bad day and you need someone that would just listen to you, either way, you can also contact the Leaders and they will help you in any way they can and if you require professional assistance they will tell you who you can talk to in school - you can do this by using Google Hangout, we will reply back or you can come and see us, because we are willing to help you in a non-judgmental way.
